RLL hardrive controller?

My brother salvaged an 8088 PC out of the snow today (monitor had
to be thrown out though, since it was completely soaked) and inside he
found a 30 MB RLL hardrive. I'm just curious, was there ever an RLL
hardisk controller card made for the Apple II that would operate this?
If he doesn't want it, I thought perhaps I could use it with my IIe. :)
