There is an NDA that will do this. It is called Minimizer. To minimize a window, you Hold the modifier key, and click the title bar of the window. You can set the modifier key to Control, Option, and a few other keys from within the NDA. I liked this program alot, but a window got stuck minimized, and it was a hassle having to move things around/ delete files to make the window work again.
