   Without rare addon hardware, you cannot read or write PC or Apple
II disks from the opposite computer type. You're gonna need to find
someone with a real Apple II. The comp.sys.apple2 Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQ) at http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html
section 7.2 lists several places where you can legally acquire such a
disk for a minimal cost.
