   Usenet problems are *rarely* limited to just one newsgroup or
hierarchy. Problems in one area are usually a sign of larger overall
problems, and competent, clueful, admins will respect all trouble
reports. Or, if you want, you can look for problems in other, more
'relevant' newsgroups and report those-- a fix for them has a good
chance of fixing the csa2 hierarchy also.
