   That's usually the result of the solid-apple key being flagged as
down at poweron. Usual cause: broken joystick or sticky key. The first
case is slightly easier to test and fix-- unplug any joysticks,
paddles, koala pads, etc. If none of the above, sticky solid apple key
is likely the cause. See that it's not stuck or anything else.
