Well, I'm sorry to say, but you can be pretty sure you fried that card.
These cards contain very sensitive (to static electricity, that is)
electronics, so my guess is that you blew a chip (or more). If the chips
are in sockets, you could try exchanging them for new ones (most of them
should not be too expensive). Use the standard method for this kind of
work, and use a FULL STATIC FREE work bench, of have someone do it who
knows this kind of circuitry.
