It COULD be that it also has a binscii wrapper on it, Ragnor.  Try to run
it through gscii+ first, THEN, try to unpack it.  Most stuff uploaded to
libraries other than Genie, Delphi, AOL and CIS tend to have binscii
wrappers on them.

If not...then you might have a corrupted file.  Try to dl it again.
