If you are unpacking the Binscii'd version of that file, you can
NOT use the GSCII+ NDA or the sscii shell command to remove the
binsciiing. Those have known bugs which miscalculate the output file
length, making GS/OS refuse to run the program. Use the ProDOS 8
binscii program, or several other unpackers (Spectrum has an unpacker
builtin, also the Delphi-only Stolen Base NDA) that do the job right.
