Try Apple's web page or FTP site.
the fact that it is an SE/30 doesn't matter, and it shouldn't matter that it
is system 6 (though you should get 6.0.8 at least).
I am sure you can find it from there.

In case you don't know the address, it is:

ftp.apple.com for the ftp site.
