The power supply from a L128 is rated at 17v d/c 1.8amps, the IIc's supply
is rated at 15v at 1.2amps, I don't think that it would work, though it
might.

As for the software, its the same as anyother Apple II.

If you still need help, let me know, I can send you any specific info you
need (I think).
If you think you can make a power supply I can give you the pinouts for the
backplane.
