Hopefully someone can help, and guide me in the right direction.
I just noticed that the 3.5 inch disk drive on IIgs only works when the disk
is write protected while inserted into the drive.
The drive itself will not recognize the disk if it is ---not--- write
protected, and the drive doesn't initialize blank disks at all.
Is the drive on its last legs?...or should I be looking for a simple fix?
Help!
