Question on IIgs

I recently acquired an enhanced Apple IIe that is loaded with cards.  My
question is will any of the cards in this machine work in an Apple IIgs ? 
If so, which ones ?  Any info will be appreciated.

Also, I want to download some programs from the Internet for the IIgs from
my Mac.  What will I have to do in order to put these programs on a disk
for the IIgs ?  What programs will I need to do so ?
