Saying "What the company calls 4D" is not the same thing as calling it 4D
yourself. Sure, four dimensions is a completely impossible claim, but others
have done the same and gotten away scott-free! Here are some examples:
"Installing your new Sound Blaster 2.0 is easy and simple."
-Creative Labs Sound Blaster 2.0 Deluxe : Manual
"Creep through a mystical medieval castle with battling knights...give objects
a photorealistic look."
-Waite Group, "Virtual Reality Creations" blurb. (Book gives in-depth
information on how to use REND386. Try the software and you'll see what I
mean.)
"[AOL is] Your Passport to ADVENTURE!"
-America Online
