There IS another way, but probably the most expensive approach.  I've
got a Bernoulli 150MB drive in my PC and on my IIgs.  I format 150MB
cartridges on both machines (yes, they seem to require formatting on
each machine) using the HFS file system.  To do that, I use the HFS
format option on the IIgs and a product called Conversions Plus on the
PC.  Then all I need to do is copy files from one system and
sneaker-net it to the other (all the way across a small room).  With
this setup both the PC and IIgs can read and write to the same
cartridge.

Once all of the pieces are in place (which isn't difficult, nor is it
cheap), this solution is FAST and EASY.  Yet, IMHO there IS a better
way than a null modem cable.
