I would say yes, just make the account on mine telnet (port 24) or web (port 
81) and after that, just use what ever nntp program you use, to logon

ok, doesn't bother me, being I bring the apple's usenet groups in and if you 
want a usenet group and I don't carry it, let me know and I'll see if I can get 
it
