Mitch,

I have seen several posts here that contradict what I have personally
experienced in my many years of Apple II work.  I do know it is sometimes
possible to do things which are supposedly not so.  I also know that in
some instances a little knowledge about a platform can be worse than a lot
of knowledge.  I have seen Steve recommend a couple of things that I know
don't work, which I have tried myself.  In one instance the fix would work
and poorly, I guess it depends on what you will accept and how much
knowledge you have on the platform.

I know and respect your level of compentency, and thank you for your help
several projects over the years.  I think you are right on this one...
