You've obviously forgotten Steve Dallas's first law of the lawsuit:
Never sue broke people.  Does anyone actually imagine that they
could sue a private individual for "defamation" via the Internet,
and actual receive (in either awards or the actual cash you
could extract from the defendant) enough money to pay your lawyer?

(And this is totally overlooking the whole international angle.)
