Apple IIc Questions

Help!  I have an Apple IIc, and have a few questions about upgrades and
software.

* Will StyleWriter, LaserWriter, DeskJet/Writer, LaserJet, or BubbleJet
prnters work on my machine?  Are there any models in particular?  Is there a
way to connect a parallel printer to my serial port?

* How do I translate my copy of AppleWorks into a disk image for use on my
Apple II emulator on my PC?

* Is there any way to attach an external keyboard (such as maybe the
Macintosh 128 board) to my II?

* My IIc was bought used and did not come with a converter to use a TV as a
color display (I already know the pros and cons to this).  Is there any way
I can get around this?
