I believe Orange Micro built a "Grappler //c" or something like that at
one point so that you could use parallel printers.  I believe that there
are serial-->parallel adapters available from various electronics dealers
(such as MCM, Jameco, Digi-Key, MicroWarehouse, etc.) but I don't have any
specific recommendations.

If your TV set has a VIDEO input, you can use that.  If it doesn't...do
you have a VCR?  Most of those have VIDEO inputs, and those will work. 
Failing that, you can get an "RF Modulator" from Radio Shack for about $30
(outrageous, but it will work.).  Any of those solutions will connect
directly to the RCA connector on the back of the //c.
