Mr. Turley, if you want to replace the crashed mechanism on your Focus,
the process is easy.  Just unscrew the two retaining bars from the
mech., slide off the old mech., slide on the new mech., and rescrew.

To make the drive usable, just run the Focus Formatter.  It is
available on Alltech's web site.  If you can't find it, just ask
someone to upload it to ground.  If no one volunteers and you still
need it in a couple of days, I'll pack a copy and upload it myself.
