Get a 3.5" ProDOS System Disk from Byte Works
(http://www.byteworks.com/).

DOS 3.3 won't recognize the disk.  The 3.5" disk is probably S5,D1.

The IIc Plus is very slick with the 8-bit Finder, Apple II Desktop.
