Need 3.5 bootdisk for IIc Plus

  I just bought an Apple 2c plus for cheap!  However, I need a 3.5 boot disk.  
Or can anyone tell me how to make one?  I hooked up a 5.25 external on the port 
and it boots fine off of the 5.25.  BUT it thinks the 5.25 external is #6 id1. 
 I tried to init a disk in the 3.5 as #6 id2 but it says IO Error after a bit. 
Tried ProDos utils and a Dos 3.3 disk.  No go.  Can someone please create a DOS 
3.3 Boot disk with Utils and a ProDos disk on 3.5 for me?  I will pay shipping.
