absolutely not.  questions should be answered if they can.  unfortunately,
this character (itsme) has posted about 15 of these messages in the past
month, where he just asks for people to send him the information.

i wouldn't care so much if there hadn't been a huge FAQ discussion, and a
major effort to let everyone know where these new resources are located.
