Truer still.  If I wanted "when does the millenia start?" discussions
I'd go to alt.folklore.urban, thank you.  Since this is a computer conf,
the matter of whether everything'll snarf up when 31-DEC-99 turns to
01-JAN-00, no matter what anyone calls year 00 or 01 is of importance.
