Copy protected disks can be a pain in the butt.  If you can get it
deprotected you should be set though.

If you want to change your 5.25" to drive A: and your 3.5" to drive B:
you have to swap the cables on the back of the drives when you change
the CMOS settings.  The cables are made so that one connector is for
the A: drive and the other connector is for the B: drive.  If you
don't switch the connectors when you change the CMOS settings your
hardware will get confused and neither drive will work correctly.
