I now have another that works, if anyone needs it.

It works in a strange fashion. It reboots & that is fine for non-prodos 
disks, but otherwise I get msg "unable to load prodos" even when it is on 
the 5.25 drive.

I am rebooting from the finder on a GS 6.01 w/ a focus hard drive.
Any ideas why it doesn't work w/ prodos disks??
