There are several very fine Apple //e emulators available, that allow
you to run Apple software (BASIC or otherwise) directly on a PC,
either in Windows or just DOS. The trick would be in getting your
software onto the PC in the correct emulator format, but it's very
do-able, and would completely solve your problem.
