Apple IIe BASIC Programs

Hello.

I've been put in charge of the daunting task of upgrading or finding a way
to upgrade old Applesoft BASIC programs written to run in DOS 3.3 with a
Apple IIe into some format that can run on either a PC-DOS or Windows
environment. Our faithful Apple machines are aging and need to be retired.
By the way, the programs runs a battery of psychological tests. Is there
any way to do this conversion, whether easy or not? We're looking to
salvage what we can from the original software.

Any advice or comments are appreciated.
