   First, that is a very unusual error code; ignore any URLs from
people who'd blindly try and promote manuals they copied (not created)
to their site without first thinking to make sure it's in the
manuals. [Which it ain't.]

   ProDOS and GS/OS use 2F as an error code for 'No disk'; this
convention may or may not be used by the ramfast. In any case, do
all the usual SCSI checks to make sure that your cables are properly
seated, that SCSI termination is correct, that this drive has a SCSI
ID from 1-6, etc. Also try flipping the dip/jumper for termination
power.

   Also, most drives come formatted from the factory now and there is
no need to lowlevel them unless you're trying to lock out bad blocks,
etc.
