Apple High Speed SCSI card term power modification?

I seem to recall a mod for the Apple High Speed SCSI card to make it
provide term power on its own which you used to post on Genie in the A2
areas.  While I find the .GIF on my IIGS, the machine will no longer
read it and my mac says its not in a recognizable file format...so its
apparently got munged in the last couple of years and being moved from
hard drive to hard drive, etc.

I now need to do such a modification to an Apple High Speed card to get
it to run a hard drive (MiniScribe 20) that doesn't seem to supply its
own term power.  Is there somewhere on the web where I can download this
information/picture?
