I'm afraid not. The only way to internet with a IIe that I'm aware of is
to use an ordinary telecommunications program (preferably set to VT100
emulation) and a UNIX shell account. Your friendly service provider
probably has Lynx on his machine for you to use the World Wide Web, but it
will be a text-only display, I'm afraid.

On the other hand, you can download the pictures on  web pages and view
them. The GIFs, anyway, using IIGIF. I don't think there's anything to
view a JPEG graphic with on a IIe.

With a GS - just maybe. With a IIe - not likely. Sorry about that.
