The first time you ever called me, you asked for Burger Bill's home
telephone number. I refused to give it to you. You asked again and again
and again, and each time I refused to give it to you.
 
Finally, to get you off the phone, I said "Burger Bill lives somewhere in
Southern California."
 
Five minutes later, Burger Bill called me up, screaming: "Why did you give
that raving lunatic my phone number?"
 
When I told Bill what had really happened, he related that the phone
conversating had started with, "Hi. This is Dr Tom. I just got your phone
number from Joe Kohn."
 
Now, please "swiftly exit the A2 community" and take your delusions, lies,
pirating, and preposterous libelous claims elsewhere. Thank you...
