No, I wouldn't have.  It *MEANS* that I'll never attempt to purchase any
software program he ever writes, period.  Ever.  You see, someone who
treats other people the way he does doesn't deserve to be supported in my
book--"Apple II Developer" or not.  Shame on you for jumping to conclusions
that I'd steal (or accept as free) something that someone wrote whom I want
nothing to do with.
