Transwarp and RamFactor

A while back I bought a Transwarp and a few other things for my //e.  I
had at the time the following in my system.

AE Par Pro 
Apple SSC
(apple 80 col 64k card )
RamFActor 1meg
2 5.25 disks
1 3.5" on a UDC

I put the TW in slot 3 and it promptly ate several 3.5" disks.  After
removing the TW the disk problem went away.  Now I reset several dip
switches on the TW to reflect my system and now the silly thing wont work
at all with the RamFactor in the system. So I remove the TW and everything
works I put the TW back in and remove the RF and again everything works ok.

This has me a little comfused as I know these cards should work together. 
Any help ?

The current system set up is the same excpt I now have 2 3.5's with the udc.
