Here's a quick rundown on the transwarp IIe in case your not too
familiar with it otherwise skip that part
Block 1 / Switches 1-7 : Turn the corresponding switch OPEN for
any slot in which you have a Language Card (unusual in a IIe)
Block 2 / Switches 1-7 : Turn the corresponding switch OPEN for
any slot that has an adapter card installed in it that
MUST be accessed at 1 MHz
Switch 8 on both switch blocks together determine the speed that
Transwarp powers up at
Block 1 = OPEN Block 2 = OPEN is 3.6 MHz
CLOSED OPEN is 1.7 MHz
either CLOSED is 1.0 MHz
keypresses at power up
Esc - disables Transwarp until next power cycle.
0 - Invokes TransWarp self test
9 - Displays copyright, Rev # and Invokes TransWarp self test
On my IIe switches are set at
block 1 sw 1-7 closed sw 8 open
block2 sw 1-4 & 7 closed sw 5,6 & 8 open
I'm running the same cards (except for the AE Par Pro) and a
couple more without difficulty.Have you tried it without the
AE Par Pro & Apple SSC. You might try the self test by holding
down the 0 key as you power up. Bad ram on the transwarp
could be the problem. Which Revisions of the two cards are
you using.
