Sorry, but I just HAVE to comment on this.  1)  Nathan is claiming full
copyright of this group's FAQ which is WRONG.  He's the one who doesn't
have a leg to stand on.  The bulk of that FAQ existed before he EVER took
it over.  He's maintained it and added to it, but he did *not* rewrite it;
much of the text is as it was written or assembled by the previous FAQ
keeper.  He cannot just claim copyright now because it's in his control.

2) Yes, a usenet group's FAQ IS public property in the sense that any and
all readers of that group have the right to access it at any time.  Nathan
is denying members this right, and he is in the wrong again for doing so. 
This group should be insisting that a different person take over these FAQ
duties.
