I reply: You are correct in your understanding, Nathan is breaking the law in
many areas and the courts have decided that all such Internet FAQ and related 
media on a web site and its pages is defined as 'publishing'.

These are all issues along with many others I'll be addressing in legal actions 
against Nathan and his ISP in the very near future.
