   And you can bet that Turkey'll immediately be billed for all of it;
remember that small claims court always allows countersuits. All the
folks at work know *exactly* who Turkey is and how insane the creep
is; the sound folks here's most polite words about the '4D sound' is
that the Turkey is beyond help. In fact, I've enlisted a few little
bits of help for a few personal projects, one of which goes by the
name TurkeyShootGS.

'Defamation of character' must prove that the person had a good
character before the words were said, and that the words were
false. Turkey's been a real character all right, but definitely never
had a good reputation with anyone but thieves. Once again, as much as
the truth hurts Turkey, he's not gonna be able to live in his
fantasyland that he's lillywhite.

For the record, last week, Charles Turley was claiming that he'd be
charging people he disliked for access to his web site. If that is in
any way more legal than an outright ban (and I don't boast empty words
in regards to web site access; I simply DO), Charles Turley could be
let on for an upfront fee of $50,000. Same with all the pirates who
put up stolen Apple II software for redistribution and never publically
apologize.

And who are you to speak of 'reputations', Steve Mentzer? You
pirate software for the world, you openly advocate harassing and
spamming (and mailbombing third parties), and generally being a jerk.
But, hey, you never had a good reputation either as anything but
an annoying troll.
