   The author's stated request in the readme file inside the archive
is that it NOT be made available outside genie, delphi or his home
page while the beta test process is going on. When the process is
completed, then perhaps it'll change. Until then, you follow the
rules, or you're scum.

   Beta software is not designed to be stable, work, or for the faint
of heart. You should be able to test it, report problems, and
generally be intelligent about the whole process. Being able to read
the linked-in directions on how to download over the web and not whine
instead is one test of intelligence you'll need to pass before testing
it. Try harder to understand the directions, and if you must whine
further about inadequate internet connectivity, whine to those that
are providing it to you, not the rest of the world.
