ID this card?

Ok i was recently given a full //e system. The machine itself was dead but i
swapped the powersupply from my old //e thats a little worn from many years of
use. Any way i'm babbling but in slot 2 i believe it was theres a card i'd
like more info on..I think it's a serial card. it's labled MACROCOMM by
Macrotech computer products. 1985. It has two sets of 8 dips and one of the
chips has a label on it saying macrocomm v1.0. There are two connectors with
two rows of five pins. Same as the one connector on my SuperSerial card. So
can anyone give me some more details on this card and possibly dip settings?
Does this card have terminal software in rom? How does it compare to a
SuperSerial card? Why does it have two connectors?

I've noticed some minor differences between this //e and my original machine..
The newer machines self test display is different and ends with "kernel ok" My
original machine has the screen filled with alternating coloured squares and
ends with "system ok" as well as my older machine having the white keys and
large apples and this one having black keys and little apples. What other
differences are there? in rom? The boards seem to be marked identically..

Any help greatly appreciated.
