1) Termpwr from the bus, or from the drive, but not TO the bus from the
drive, please.
2) Terminated & ID 0 are correct (though ID won't much matter).
3) The problem: Apple HDSC Setup (the Mac formatter) looks for mode page
30 (read only) of the drive firmware to have Apple copyright information,
or it refuses to work. Use a 3rd. party formatter (CharisMac's Anubis,
FWB's Hard Disk Toolkit). Or the hacked version of HDSC Setup (internet, i
know not where) if you must (and you like excitement).
4) Be sure to do a low-level format.
