I have an old XT that I keep around (It was my First IBM compatible. It
contains a TRACKSTAR card that would RUN/BOOT Apple S/W and
read the disks.
There was also a Copy Option Board from Cental point software that would
Read/Write to MAC disks and would recognize Apple II disks
