There is a program to decode base64 on a 2e and several written since
March and can be used on a IIgs.

In fact I wrote one for the GS myself.  called MIMEX.

Tom Larson wrote one for the 2e and 2qs.  I forget its name but it works
quite well.  Tom's and mine are available on ground for sure and mine is
avaiable on GENIE and on caltech.
