Actually, I originally was only looking for a case & cable, as I have a
bare drive and SCSI cards.  In the end, I bought a complete 100 meg system
from a vendor here, and will also buy another case for the drive I have.

BTW, my apple SCSI card looks to be a REV A (#607-0291-A, c 1986).  The ROM
says "341-0437-A".  But I know it was used in this //GS by the previous
owner, in fact the box and manual state "For the II+, //e and IIGS".  So
what's the deal?  Everyone seems to be saying a REV C is needed to work in
a IIGS?
