As noted in the comp.sys.apple2 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) at
http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html section 5.5 "How do I
transfer DOS 3.3, Pascal, CP/M files?" notes that either the System
6.0.1 Pascal FST addon or the program 'chameleon' can read ProDOS, DOS
3.3, Pascal, and CP/M disks, and copy files around. It's available
at ftp://apple2.archive.umich.edu/apple2/8bit/util/chameleon.bsq

Yes, after jumping through some hoops, as the Mac's idiotic
insistence on adding resource forks will cause ProDOS 8 on the //e to
barf. See FAQ section 5.9 for indepth info on this, plus workarounds.
