That's no problem, even if I don't have RealEject (never heard of it).
When the dialog box comes up asking for the old disk, just press
Command-., and it'll go away, and forget about the previous disk
that you ejected.

This is because the Mac OS doesn't like disks being altered on it
without knowing about it, and for this same reason, there's no
eject button on the outside of the Mac.  Mac OS will only give up
control of a disk when it's good and ready (all files have been
written to and closed).
