PickFont generates the bracketed line, which "declares" what 
"font 2" is in the document.  To actually use the font, you must
preface the text you want to in Geneva with <2>.  When you
want to return to the default font (font 1) you must insert <1>.

In this way you can switch between fonts as often as you like
within a document.  The "declarations" should occur only once,
at the top of the document.
