Re: SIDER Utils. on FTP Site?

Taking it apart (as there is no name or model # on the box), there are
2 circuit boards with the name LEADMAN LM-8551 stamped on the lower one.
The drive itself is a MiniScribe 40 meg. It has what looks like a SCSI
cable going out the back (I've never seen a SASI so I wouldn't be able to
tell the difference between them). The box is 8" x 8" x 20" long to hold
everything but the drive is tiny and about the size of a PC 3.5" drive.

The cable goes to a card in the GS which reads Apple Host Card - Rev.D.
The previous owner said it worked well with his GS years ago but stopped
working one day and he, having bought it second hand, didn't know what to
do to get it working. Plugging the card in and selecting 'Your Card' on
any slot that the card is in, results in the GS failing to complete its
bootup. It crashes after several seconds, even with all Inits and DA's
disabled with a Shift start. Removing or disabling the card results in a
normal bootup.
