SIDER Utils. on FTP Site?

   Are the SIDER utilities (for formatting a Sider HD) on an FTP site
anywhere or is SIDER (or a representative of the company) still in
business? If the former, could you tell me where and if the latter, would
you have a phone number or an address for them?

   I have a SIDER HD which, when I plug in the Apple Host SCSI card
(Rev. D) that came with it, the GS won't boot, either from the Vulcan HD
nor from a 3.5" floppy System Disk.  I'm not sure why it's doing that but
once I get the GS up and running, maybe it will recognize the SIDER and it
can be formatted.
