     An .SEA file should be a Self-Extracting-Archive. It should show up on 
the Finder as a standard executable GS/OS application. To get an .SEA file to 
un-shrink-- assuming it really is an .SEA file-- you just double-click it. You 
can, also, un-shrink an .SEA file using GS-ShrinkIt

     If, for some reason, an .SEA file does not show up as a GS/OS application 
(type $B3) file and it is not damaged, you can try changing its filetype to 
$B3 and, then un-shrinking it using GS-ShrinkIt.
